Everyone has a story to tell, yet very few of us pause long enough to truly listen. In my professional role, I interact with many people, especially students, but our conversations often remain confined to technical discussions. This initiative is my small attempt to step beyond that boundary: to meet new people, to exchange stories, and to quietly learn from one another.

Generally speaking, social interactions are far from my comfort-zone. To make this experience comfortable and meaningful for everyone involved, I propose a few simple ground rules:

• This is only open to people@IIT Delhi, keeping things logistically simple and manageable.
• The format is open-close: all questions are open, yet we are free to respond only to what we are comfortable sharing.
• You are free to choose your own stories to share. They need not even have a conclusion - closure, after all, is somewhat overrated. I am there to listen, not to advise, evaluate, or resolve.
• And yes - the chai is on me.

I look forward to listening to your stories, exchanging book/movie/podcast recommendations, and perhaps understanding - in some small way - what has shaped you into the person you are.
